Here's several more: I dropped my mother-in-law's watch at Smith & Sons in Springfield for repair recently and once again received the excellent customer service I've had in the past. Driving into Forest Park I was greeted by one of the "gatekeepers" who check for park permits. No matter who is in the booth, he or she is polite and friendly. The staff at the Springfield Starbucks actually was patient and cheerful with me as this non-coffee drinker tried to break the code of their coffee jargon.
