Church celebrates opening WILBRAHAM Evangel Assembly invites local residents June 17 to attend the open house for the church's new building at 348 Stony Hill Road in Wilbraham. The celebration begins with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 2:30 p.m.; at 3 p.m. there will be a dedication service, followed by tours and refreshments at 4:30 p.m. The dedication service will feature a message by the Southern New England District Assistant Superintendent, Rev. Richard Lafferty. The Evangel Assembly Choir will perform a special dedication song and there will be testimonies about Evangel's 10 years as a church. Until moving into the new church building at 348 Stony Hill Road, the Evangel congregation met in various locations in Wilbraham. Tours begin at 4:30 p.m. June 17.
