Kamp for Kids hosts annual 'Karnival' WESTFIELD Kamp for Kids will host its annual Penny Karnival on Aug. 12 on the Kamp grounds at Western Massachusetts Hospital (91) East Mountain Road from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. rain or shine. All games and booth activities at the Penny Karnival will cost a penny. Pony rides; a super slide and a bounce house will be available for 50 cents each. Admission to the Karnival is free. The Penny Karnival is run by the kampers of Kamp for Kids and all proceeds benefit the kampers. Kamp for Kids is sponsored by Abilities Unlimited of Western New England, Inc., a non-profit agency, which provides education, social and employment services to physically challenged persons and their families, as well as advocacy for full inclusion of all persons with disabilities.
