Budding artists participate in Park and Rec. summer class Local children have been participating in a variety of art classes this summer as part of West Springfield Park and Rec. Department's Art Enrichment Program. Ten-year-old Ryan Taylor holds his Spongebob art -- he took half a paper Spongebob plate and drew the other half to match.
