DRIVER NEEDED
The Senior Center is looking for a volunteer Saturday Meals on Wheels Driver. Meals are picked up at Chestnut Hill Nursing Home. There are approximately 20 stops on this route. Drivers receive a $12.00 gas stipend reimbursement. Please come to the Pleasant View Center or call 525-5436 if interested.
PINOCHLE
Love to play pinochle? Want to learn to play pinochle? Please join us for a fun time on Wednesday or Fridays at 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. If you have any questions, please call the COA Office M-F from 8 to 4.
CRIBBAGE
The Cribbage Club is "pegged" on our calendar. The club meets on Friday mornings from 10:00 to noon. If you have a cribbage board, please bring it with you. Whether you are a beginner wanting to learn, or an experienced player, join us on Friday mornings. You may call the COA office Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM or for more information.
COMPUTER CLASSES
Louise Pelletier, Professor at Western New England College is offering tutoring on Personal Computers at the Senior Center. This does not replace the current Wednesday program offered by Ali Rafieymehr, but is intended to compliment his program. Professor Pelletiers students would coordinate a time that is better suited to your schedule. Please contact the Senior Center at 525-5436 for more details.
LEMON PIE LUNCHEON
The Senior Friendship Club will be holding a sandwich luncheon with lemon pie for dessert on Thursday, March 9th at noon. Tickets will be on sale February 23rd and March 2nd for $4.00. For information please call Rosalie Hart at 525-3734 or Gloria Hogan at 734-2044.
MONTHLY MOVIE
The movie "Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" will be shown at the Pleasant View Center, 328 North Main Street, on Monday, February 27th at 12:45. Movies are shown free of charge, are open to all, and refreshments are served.
SENIOR FRIENDSHIP CLUB
The East Longmeadow Senior Friendship Club will hold their weekly meeting on Thursday, February 22nd at the Pleasant View Center, 328 North Main Street. A luncheon of Swedish Meatballs and Rotini will be available at noon. At 1:00 a BINGO game will begin. Call 525-5436 at least 24 hours in advance for luncheon reservations.
BOOK CLUB
The Book Club will hold it's monthly meeting on Tuesday, February 28th at 10:30 AM at the Pleasant View Center, 328 North Main Street. This month's book it "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time" by Mark Haddon. The book for March will be "The Road From Coorain". Drop-ins are always welcome.
DISCOUNT TICKETS
Bay Path Performing Arts Department is offering discount tickets to Seniors for their March 2nd performance of "Do Re Mi". Tickets are $7.00 for Seniors (regularly $14.00) and are available at the Pleasant View Building from 8 AM to 4 PM. Performance begins at 8:00 PM.
DANCING LIKE THE STARS

ST. PATRICK'S GATHERING

HEALING SERVICE
In an atmosphere of love, come and let God heal you and those for whom you pray. We are so pleased to have Lorraine Louvat, a practitioner in Divine Healing, coming to St. Michael's Church in East Longmeadow. During the first hour of the service, there will be Benediction and Lorraine will sing, play the guitar, and speak on how her healing ministry has come about. She will lay hands on people for healing. All faiths are welcome. Free will gifts are accepted and CD's and cassettes are available. This Healing Service is taking place on March 5 at 2 p.m. and on March 6 at 8 p.m. Snow dates are March 12 and 13.

DRIVER SAFETY WORKSHOP
The AARP Driver Safety Program helps adults adapt to the physical changes that impact driving skills. The instructors hope to make you a better driver, to teach how to avoid driving hazards and to keep you driving longer. 8 hour course over two days at the Longmeadow Adult Center. PILATES CLASS OFFERED
Pilates is a low impact, yet very effective form of exercise that helps all parts of the body and focuses on developing the muscles in the abdomen and lower back. LECTURE

HOW TO PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY ON THE INTERNET
On February 23, at 1p.m., join Chris Geoffin, Triad Program Coordinator from the Northwestern District Attorney's Office, at the Longmeadow Adult Center to learn about Phishing which is a form of Internet fraud. Phishing is a play on the word, "fishing," since the phisher is putting out bait in the hope that at least some people will be enticed to respond to the message. ANIMAL TRACKING ON SNOWSHOES
This animal tracking event will take place on Feb. 25 from 1-4 p.m. It is for anyone ages 8 and older. The fee is $5 per person; $12 with snowshoe rental. Preregistration is required. Dress in warm layers that can be shed as you move - including long-johns, boots, mittens and hats, and bring a small water bottle to carry along on the hike.
