Adoption info session

Adoption info session will take place at Springfield College

The Western MA Adoption Unit of the Department of Social Services, the Massachusetts Adoption Resource Exchange (MARE) and Springfield College School of Social Work will sponsor an adoption event on April 29 from 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. at Springfield College, East Campus (Camp Massasoit), 701 Wilbraham Rd., Springfield, to help educate families about and recruit families for "children in foster care waiting for their forever adoptive family."

Meet "Waiting Children" and their social workers; listen to a panel discussion of previous adoptive families, and join in the fun with indoor and outdoor recreational games and activities. Free light breakfast and lunch will be served.
